Terms of Service
On this page
These are the terms for using Sulitista. By registering a store or browsing a storefront, you agree to them.
What Sulitista is
Sulitista is publishing infrastructure for stores: a permanent storefront URL, nothing more. We don’t hold funds, process payments, arrange shipping, or guarantee any transaction. Every sale is arranged directly between a buyer and a store, at their own risk. Meet in a public place, and don’t pay in full before you have the item in hand.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to register a store. One account per person: a returning store owner can’t register again under a different identity after being banned. Sulitista checks sign-ups for duplicate accounts, and a duplicate account can be declined or banned. Sulitista may review a store before or after it goes live, and can decline or remove a store that breaks these terms or the Listing Rules. A store can also have its owner’s ID checked to become Verified; see the Privacy Policy for what that involves.
New stores join by invitation for now. Sulitista records which store or link invited each new store, and keeps a count of how the stores that join through a link turn out, including any that are not approved or banned. This helps keep the community healthy. If Sulitista sees a trend of banned stores under one link, it may pause, replace or close that link. Your own store is not affected.
Your responsibility
You’re responsible for everything posted under your store, including listings added by anyone helping you run it. A blog post you publish is also listed on the Sulitista blog at sulitista.com/blog, with its category and view count. Moving a post back to Draft or hiding it takes it off both. Listings must be honest: accurately labelled condition and authenticity, no claiming a replica is genuine, no selling anything illegal, unsafe, or prescription-only. Age-restricted items (vapes, alcohol, and similar) must be tagged as such. The full rules are in our Listing Rules.
Permanence is a two-way deal
Your handle and storefront stay up as long as you keep your side of it: honest listings, responsive when something’s flagged, no bad-faith selling. This isn’t a workaround for a platform ban. It’s permanence you earn by acting in good faith, and it can be withdrawn if you don’t.
How enforcement works
Every report from a buyer or visitor is looked into before action is taken. Depending on what’s found, a store can be flagged (internal, nothing visible), put under review (72 hours to respond, new listings paused), suspended (storefront taken down, reversible), or, for serious or repeated issues, banned (permanent, after a 24-hour window to contest it from your dashboard). We’ll always tell you why, except for internal flags that don’t require a response from you.
Intellectual property
Don’t register a handle or store name that impersonates a brand, platform, or person you’re not. Replicas and “Class A” items are allowed with honest labelling; see the Listing Rules. We honor takedown requests from IP holders.
Handles and stores
Handles are first come, first served. Sulitista does not take a handle from a store only because another person or account elsewhere uses the same name. Sulitista does act when a store pretends to be someone it isn’t, or when a trademark holder shows a registered or well-known mark.
Your store belongs to you only. Don’t sell, trade, rent or give your store or handle to anyone else, and don’t register a handle just to sell it. People can help you run your store, and you stay responsible for what they do. Handing the store over to them is not allowed. A store that breaks these rules can be suspended or banned, following the process above.
Account termination
You can stop using Sulitista at any time. We can suspend or terminate a store for violating these terms, following the process above. A banned account’s data is handled per the Privacy Policy’s retention schedule.
No warranty
Sulitista is provided as-is. We don’t guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the conduct of any store or buyer, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from a transaction between a buyer and a store. That transaction is between them, not us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be noted on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
