Listing Rules
On this page
What you can sell on Sulitista, and how to label it honestly. This is what keeps a storefront permanent.
Physical items only
Sulitista is for things you ship or hand over in person. No digital products, services, accounts, subscriptions, or financial products. That's a different kind of business than this platform is built for.
An affiliate listing (see below) still has to be for a real physical item — it isn't a loophole for services or digital products.
Never allowed
- Anything illegal to sell in the Philippines.
- Unsafe or recalled items, and anything prescription-only (medicines, controlled substances).
- Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
- Counterfeit goods sold or described as authentic; see "Replicas and authenticity" below for what is allowed.
- Stolen goods, and items whose photos were taken from someone else's listing without permission.
Replicas and authenticity
Replicas are allowed, including "Class A," "1:1," and similar, as long as the listing is honest about what it is. Every listing carries an authenticity label: Authentic, Replica, Unbranded, or Unsure.
What's never allowed: a Replica or Unsure listing whose title or description claims the item is authentic, genuine, or original. That's the one line we don't let stores cross. Everything else about how you describe a replica is yours to write.
This is a title/store-name policy, separate from the item itself. A store impersonating a brand it does not represent (using a known brand as the store name or handle) is not allowed even if every listing is honestly labelled.
Affiliate listings
An affiliate listing links out to the item on another platform (Shopee, Lazada, AliExpress, and similar) instead of selling it directly — available to Suki and Suki Boss stores only.
Every rule on this page still applies to what's on the other end of that link, not just what's written in the listing itself. A listing that links to something that would never have been approved here — counterfeit sold as authentic, anything from the Never Allowed list above — gets the same strike an ordinary listing would.
Keeping the link accurate is the store's responsibility. If the linked item, price, or availability changes, update or remove the listing — an outdated or misleading affiliate link is treated the same as any other misleading one.
Age-restricted items
Vapes, alcohol, and similar age-restricted items are allowed, but the listing must be tagged as age-restricted. Tagged listings show a short "are you 18 or older?" step before a buyer can view them, no account or ID needed, just a click-through.
How this is enforced
Buyers and visitors can report a store or listing directly from its page. If a report is checked and the store is found to have broken a rule, the store can get a strike, and repeated or serious issues lead to suspension. Before a ban, a store gets clear steps and a chance to contest it.
